We're so sorry if you received Chosen merch that is not up to standard or doesn't quite fit, or that you may be missing some items! We'd love to give you some helpful information on how to resolve these situations if you ordered from gifts.angel.com.
For our Chosen gifts, we use a system called Loop Returns to help you with these. Loop is a third-party returns platform that automates the returns and exchanges process.
To work with Loop in correcting your items, you can reach out here:

You will need your order number and zip code to initiate a qualified return on the Loop Returns Portal. Loop will create a pre-paid return label once you complete the return process (if needed), and you do NOT need to return anything that is damaged or defective.
NOTE: You can choose a refund OR an exchange for your item. Exchanges can only be processed for items of similar value. You may not choose an exchange for some items AND a refund of any remaining items, we apologize for any inconvenience.
Loop is only available for orders that are:
