There are a few reasons why you do not have a confirmation email:
1) The email is in one of your junk/trash folders. Try searching for "Chosen Order Confirmation". Another thing to search "no-reply@shopifyemail.com".
2) You used a different email address on the order than the one you thought OR there was a typo in your email address for this particular order.
3) You may have ordered your items somewhere other than the Angel Studios Chosen store. Any order number from the Angel store will begin with TCM and was purchased at gifts.angel.com. If you possibly ordered from the gift store at thechosengifts.com their order numbers start with CHS and will show an address in Hurricane, Utah. 84737 on your bank statement. If you find that your order is through that store you can reach out to them at gifts@thechosen.tv.
