We apologize for any delays. Our warehouse works to get all orders out as soon as possible. For standard shipping, the warehouse has a 10 business day window in which to get packages out.
Here's how to find out what's happening with your package:
1) Find your confirmation email, which contains tracking info. If you don't have a confirmation email, check your junk folders. Search for "order confirmation" or "email@example.com" in your email's search box. If you're still having trouble, we'll be happy to help when we return from our break. (Quick note, all Chosen orders placed at gifts.angel.com will begin with TCM)
2) Check the tracking info. If there's no clear delivery date, OR if more than 10 business days have passed since the last tracking scan and you don't have a package, our team will need to assist you. You can contact our support team here: www.angel.com/help
