Damaged or wrong/missing items:
If you receive a damaged or wrong/missing item, please reach out to angel.com/help with your order number and a photo of the damaged or wrong item within 14 days of receiving your package.
Please note: If an item has been WORN or WASHED, it NO LONGER QUALIFIES for damage compensation.
We will accept most returns up to 60 days after the delivery date of your products. If you would like to make a return for a refund, please mail the item back to us with the following information:
- First and Last name
- Email address used to create the order
- Order number
- Reason for returning item
To qualify for a return, the items must meet these conditions:
DVD/Blu-Ray's must still be in clear wrapping and unopened
Apparel must be unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached
No trace of animal hair, deodorant, makeup, or strong smell such as perfume, body odor, smoke, etc.
Item(s) must be in RESALABLE CONDITION.
Please note: If an item has been WORN or WASHED, it NO LONGER QUALIFIES for a return.
*International purchases are eligible for a refund. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping. If your return arrives in an acceptable condition, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Shipping, taxes, and duties fees are non-refundable.

Angel has a "no exchange" policy. You can return your item for a full refund (minus shipping costs) if you are not satisfied. Please see Return Policy above.
**NOTE: For any situation in which you don't want to accept your package, you can write "Return to Sender" on the outside and it will come back to us. As soon as it arrives at our warehouse we will issue a refund. We do not provide exchanges for Return to Sender packages.
