We have a 30-day return window from when you purchase the items.
If you would like to return or exchange an item or you have received a damaged or defective item, we have made this very easy for you to resolve.
Click on the link below and enter your Order Number (this can be found on your order confirmation email) and the shipping Zip Code. Then follow the simple steps and you will be on your way!

If you need to return items, you will be emailed a return shipping label to send the items back to us.

**NOTE: For any situation in which you don't want to accept your package, you can write "Return to Sender" on the outside and it will come back to us. As soon as it arrives at our warehouse we will issue a refund. We do not provide exchanges for Return to Sender packages.
