Angel Studios does not have access to individual ticket reservations to refund or change showtimes. You will need to reach out directly to the theater or ticket vendor you used to purchase your tickets. Even if you looked up showtimes on our Angel website, when it came time to purchase you would have been directed to a ticket vendor's site to process the payment.
We have partnered with a few ticket vendors to help with ticket sales. It's also possible that you purchased directly from your local theater's online website. If you're unsure of how to contact their support team, please reference your ticket confirmation email.
