Why Have I Not Heard Back From Support?

If you are waiting to hear back from our team, your first step is to check your Spam or Promotions folder — our replies sometimes land there.

You can mark us as a safe sender our email to ensure that these messages are not sent to spam in the future. If you want to make sure that you receive messages from us, we recommend manually adding us as a contact into your email. Instructions on how to mark us as a safe sender in your email domain can be found below. 

 

Gmail: 

  1. Click the gear icon and select "See all settings."
  2. Navigate to "Filters and Blocked Addresses" and select "Create a new filter."
  3. Add support@angelstudios.zendesk.com in the "From" field.
  4. Click "Create filter" and check "Never send it to Spam."
  5. Click “Create filter.”

Outlook: 

  1. Click the gear icon and select "View all Outlook settings."
  2. Select "Mail" then "Junk email."
  3. Click "Add" under "Safe senders and domains" and enter support@angelstudios.zendesk.com.
  4. Click “Save” 

Yahoo: 

  1. Open Settings and click "More Settings."
  2. Create a new filter and add support@angelstudios.zendesk.com.
  3. Set all mail from this address to go to your Inbox and save your settings.

AOL: 

  1. Open Contacts from the left navigation pane.
  2. Click the "New Contact" icon and add support@angelstudios.zendesk.com.
  3. Click "Add Contact" to save.
