Running into a bug or issue can be frustrating, and we want to resolve it as quickly as possible. To help our team troubleshoot effectively, please follow the steps below to gather the information we need before submitting a request to our support team.
Step 1: Find Your App Version and User ID
- Open the Angel app on your mobile device.
- From the main dashboard, select "More."
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap the version number text.
- A white text box will appear containing your User ID, Optimizely User ID, and other details.
- Screenshot this text box — you will need to attach it to your support ticket.
Step 2: Submit a Support Ticket
- Visit angel.com/help and click "Contact Support" in the bottom right corner.
- Fill out the description box explaining the bug or issue you are experiencing.
- Under Attachments, select "Add File" and attach the screenshot from Step 1.
- Select "Submit."
