- Open the Angel Studios Mobile App
- From the main dashboard, select More
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the text "version"
- A white text box should appear with bolded titles including "UserID", "Optimizely User ID" as well as other titles
- Screenshot the text box
- Create a ticket by filling out the form provided below:
- Fill out the description box to explain what kind of issue/bug you are running into
- Under Attachments select Add File
- Select Submit
