What if I don't see the tickets on my account? 

You are more than likely logged into the wrong email. Many people accidentally use a different email or sign-in method than they used when setting up their membership. If you originally signed in with Apple or Google, you’ll need to use that same method again to access your account.

Once signed into the account that is tied to the Guild Membership you will have access to your tickets!
