How do I reschedule my free ticket?

If you haven't redeemed your ticket code yet, simply select a different participating showtime or theater when applying your code.

If you've already redeemed your code, you can modify your reservation up to one hour before showtime. See instructions for modifying your reservation here.

I requested a free ticket. Why haven't I received it yet?

Free tickets are made available through our Pay it Forward program. Because we rely on generous fans to make these tickets available, supply is limited and distributed on a first come, first served basis.

Once a ticket becomes available for you, you'll receive an email with your code and redemption instructions. Thanks for your patience!

How do I cancel my free ticket?

If you haven't redeemed your free ticket code, no action is needed. Codes will eventually expire, and we'll be able to pass them along to someone else who needs them.

What do I do if my code expired but I still want to use it?
