How do I reschedule my free ticket?
If you have not yet redeemed your ticket code, simply select a different participating showtime/theater than initially chosen when applying for tickets.
If you have redeemed your ticket code, you can modify your reservation up to an hour before showtime. For instructions on modifying your reservation, click here.
I requested a free ticket, why haven’t I received it yet?
Free tickets are made available through our Pay it Forward program. Because we depend upon generous fans that Pay it Forward to make these tickets available, there is a limited supply of ticket available on a first come, first serve basis. Please know that once one becomes available, you will receive an email with your code and instructions on how to redeem it. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
How can I cancel the free tickets I received?
If you have not redeemed your free ticket code, the code will eventually expire. No action is needed if you no longer need these tickets, as we will be able to cycle these and give them to someone else in need of tickets.
What do I do if my codes expired, but I still want to use them?
