How Do I Change My Ticket Reservation?

If you need a new showtime, a different theater, or want to look at different seating options that may have opened for your movie, visit angel.com/mytickets or visit our mobile Angel App.  Within the mobile app visit the profile icon "More" > Tickets > My Tickets.

Please note that you will only be able to change, modify or cancel your ticket (seat) reservation up to an hour before showtime.  Refunds are not possible less than an hour before showtime.

Step by step instructions:

You should see any tickets you have purchased through our website listed.  

 

Click "View Ticket

At the bottom of your ticket,  Click "Modify Reservation" (web) or "Change Tickets" (mobile app).

 

 

You will see a pop up, press "Change Tickets" to continue. 

 

You will be able to choose your new showtime, location, and seats at theaters labeled with "Flexible Booking"

 

 

After selecting your seats, proceed to check out. Your total will be reflected upon checkout. Feel free to exchange your tickets for any available seats of equal or lesser value at no additional cost. If you opt for a higher-value seat, simply pay the difference.

 

Click "Finish" to finalize

Your new tickets will reflect in your Angel account, and you will be emailed a copy of your tickets.
