If you are unable to locate an active membership on your account, please verify you are signing in under the same credentials you purchased the membership under.
The steps for canceling your Guild membership will vary depending on the type of TV you used to purchase your membership. Please carefully read the instructions below. These instructions are exclusive to Guild memberships bought on the following TV's:
Android TV and Google TV
If you purchased your membership on Android TV or Google TV devices, follow these steps:
- Sign in at play.google.com (If you have an Android phone, you can also open the Google Play Store app and follow the same steps there)
- Click on your profile picture at the top right of the screen
- Select "Payments & subscriptions"
- Click the "Subscriptions" tab
- For the subscription you want to cancel, click "Manage"
- Click "Cancel subscription"
- Within the confirmation pop-up, select a reason
- Click "Continue"
Apple TV
If you purchased your membership on Apple TV, follow these steps:
- From any Apple device, open Settings
- Go to Users and Accounts
- Under Account Name, select the subscription and follow the onscreen instructions to cancel your subscription.
Fire TV
If you purchased your membership on Fire TV, follow these steps:
- Sign in to amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions
- For the subscription you want to cancel, click “Actions”
- Click "Turn off auto-renewal"
- Within the confirmation pop-up, select a reason
- Click "Continue to cancel"
Roku
With Roku, you can cancel through their website or directly on your Roku TV/Streaming Device.
If you want to cancel through the Roku website, follow these steps:
- Sign in to my.roku.com and go to 'My Subscriptions'
- Under 'Active Subscriptions' - select the subscription you want to cancel
- Select 'Manage subscription' and then select 'Turn off auto-renew.' This means you have canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.
If you want to cancel through the Roku TV or your Roku Streaming Device, follow these steps:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote
- From the home screen, hover over and highlight the app whose subscription you want to cancel
- Press the Star * button on your remote
- Select 'Manage subscription' to view the renewal date and access additional options. If you don't see this option - your subscription is not managed through Roku
Once you have canceled your membership, no further billing will take place unless you choose to purchase again in the future.
