If you are unable to locate an active membership on your account, please verify you are signing in under the same credentials (email address) you purchased the membership under. Many customers sign in incorrectly and it can cause some confusion.
Suggestions: Try a different email address. Did you use an Apple/Google login? Did you sign up through Amazon, Roku, or shop.angel.com? Locating the original Guild Membership confirmation email may help you identify the right email address.
The steps for canceling your Guild membership will vary depending on the type of TV you used to purchase your membership. Please carefully read the instructions below. These instructions are exclusive to Guild memberships bought on a Roku device.
Canceling your Membership
- Log in at angel.com/account with the email address associated with your Guild membership.
- Click on the "Membership & Payments" and look for the listing under "Membership."
- Click on "Cancel Membership".
- Select "Cancel Membership" at the bottom.
- A confirmation screen will appear, then select "Done". Your cancellation is complete!
With Roku, you can also cancel through their website or directly on your Roku TV/Streaming Device.
If you want to cancel through the Roku website, follow these steps:
- Sign in to my.roku.com and go to 'My Subscriptions'
- Under 'Active Subscriptions' - select the subscription you want to cancel
- Select 'Manage subscription' and then select 'Turn off auto-renew.' This means you have canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.
If you want to cancel through the Roku TV or your Roku Streaming Device, follow these steps:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote
- From the home screen, hover over and highlight the app whose subscription you want to cancel
- Press the Star * button on your remote
- Select 'Manage subscription' to view the renewal date and access additional options. If you don't see this option - your subscription is not managed through Roku
Please note that canceling your subscription ensures no further billing will take place unless you choose to purchase again in the future. Per our Terms and Conditions, there are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, for any un-used membership time. You will continue to have access through the remainder of the paid period.
