Here's everything you need to know about using your Angel preorder ticket codes.
Can preorder ticket codes be used anywhere?
Ticket codes must be redeemed at an Angel Partner Theater through angel.com/tickets.
We've partnered with Atom Tickets to make this possible, so your local theater may not be participating. Codes are only valid at theaters labeled "Angel Partner" on our site. If your theater says "Discounts Unavailable" or isn't labeled as an Angel Partner Theater, your code cannot be redeemed there.

If there are no showings near you during the theatrical run, we'd be happy to offer you a refund for any unused tickets. Just let us know and we'll get that taken care of as quickly as we can!
Unused pre-sale ticket voucher codes are fully refundable up to 120 days after the date of purchase, after which store credit will be offered. All refunds end 6 weeks after the movie release date. Once your codes are redeemed for an actual seat reservation, cancellations and refunds are only possible up to one hour before showtime.
Do preorder ticket codes expire?
Ticket codes are valid for participating showtimes during the theatrical run at Angel Partner Theaters.
How do I use my tickets?
After purchasing your preorder ticket, you'll receive an email with a code to redeem on the Angel website. Follow these steps:
- Visit angel.com/tickets
- Click Get Showtimes for the film you'd like to see
- Select your date, theater, time, and seat
- Click Checkout
- Under "Your order," select the Discount code or gift card box and enter your code
- Click Apply and verify your showtime information
- Click the green Finish button — you'll see a confirmation page when complete
What if I purchased tickets but never received my codes?
Check your junk or spam folder first — the email sometimes ends up there.
If you still can't find it, or if your email address was entered incorrectly, please contact our support team and we'll help sort it out!
Why are there no showtimes available yet?
Your codes are a preorder, which means showtimes may not be listed yet. Each theater decides when to make showtimes available — typically 4 to 6 weeks before a film's release date.
If you don't see a local theater near you right away, don't worry! Theaters are added to our site regularly. Reach out once showtimes are listed if you need any help.
What do I do if my ticket codes don't work?
Here are a few things to check:
- Make sure you're redeeming your codes at angel.com/tickets. Codes won't work on other ticketing sites like Fandango or Regal.
- Confirm you've selected a qualifying showtime at an Angel Partner Theater.

Can I split my preorder code across multiple showtimes or theaters?
Yes! You can redeem your code for tickets to any participating showtime at an Angel Partner Theater. If your code covers multiple tickets, you don't have to use them all at the same showtime or theater — just keep redeeming until the code runs out of uses.
