Can preorder ticket codes be used anywhere?
The ticket codes must be redeemed for an Angel Partner Theater through angel.com/tickets.
We have partnered with Atom Tickets in order to make this opportunity available, and because of this your local theater may not be participating. The ticket codes are ONLY valid at theaters labeled "Angel Partner" on our site. If the theater of your choice is not labeled as an Angel Partner Theater or says "Discounts Unavailable", then unfortunately your ticket code is not redeemable at that theater. If there are no showings near you during the theatrical run, we'd be happy to offer you a refund* for any unused tickets. Just let us know and we'll get that taken care of as quickly as we can!
*Unused pre-sale ticket voucher codes are fully refundable up to 120 days after the date of purchase, after which store credit will be offered. All refunds end at 6 weeks after the movie release date.
Do the preorder ticket codes expire?
Ticket codes are valid for participating showtimes during the theatrical run at partnering theaters.
How do I use these tickets?
After you purchase your preorder ticket, you should receive an email with a ticket code to redeem through the Angel Studios website. Follow these instructions to redeem your ticket code:
- Visit the Angel Studios website
- Click on "Get Showtimes" for the film you would like to see
- Select your date, theater, time, and seat for your movie
- Select the "Checkout" button
- Under "Your order" select the "Discount code or gift card" box and enter in your code
- Click "Apply" and verify the showtime information is correct
- Select the green button titled "Finish" and you should see a ticket confirmation page.

I purchased tickets but never received my codes.
Make sure to check your junk or spam folders, just in case. Sometimes the email ends up there.

Why are there no showtimes available?
The ticket codes you purchased are a preorder. This means that showtimes are not available just yet. Each theater location decides when they will begin making showtimes available. Usually, we're able to start posting showtimes 4-6 weeks before the release of a film.
If you do not see a local theater near you right away, please know that theaters are being added regularly to our site. After those showtimes get listed, please let us know if we can assist you in any way!
My ticket codes don't work, what do I do?
We're sorry you're having trouble redeeming your tickets! Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- Make sure you're redeeming your ticket codes at the Angel Studios website. The codes will not work if you try to redeem them on another theater ticketing website, such as Fandango or Regal.
- Check that you have selected a qualifying showtime at an Angel Partner Theater
- Review the instructions listed above for redeeming your codes at the Angel Studios website.
