How Do I Cancel My Guild Membership? (Mobile)
If you purchased your Guild Membership on a mobile device, your membership is billed directly through the Apple App Store or in some cases the Google Play Store. — Angel does not have access to cancel iOS Guild Memberships on your behalf. We're sorry about that!
Cancel on an iOS Device
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap on your name.
- Select "Subscriptions."
- Select Angel Guild.
- Select "Cancel Subscription."
Cancel on an Android Device
- Open the Google Play app.
- Select "Payments and Subscriptions."
- Select "Subscriptions."
- Select Angel Guild.
- Select "Cancel Subscription."
Can't Find Your Membership?
If you are unable to locate an active membership on your account, verify you are signing in with the same credentials you used when you purchased your membership.
- Try a different email address.
- Check whether you used an Apple or Google login when you signed up.
- Check whether you signed up through Amazon, Roku, or shop.angel.com.
