If you are unable to locate an active membership on your account, please verify you are signing in under the same credentials you purchased the membership under.
At this time, Guild memberships purchased on mobile are processed directly through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. That means that any cancellation of your Guild membership has to be processed through your Apple account or Google Play account. Angel Studios doesn't have access to take care of this on your behalf. We're sorry about that!
If you're using an iOS device, you can try the following:
- Open Settings app
- Tap on your name
- Select Subscriptions
- Select Angel Studios "Angel Guild"
- Select Cancel Subscription
If you're using an Android device, you can try the following:
- Open Google Play App
- Select Payments and Subscriptions
- Select Subscriptions
- Select Angel Studios "Angel Guild"
- Select Cancel Subscription
