If you are a Guild member, but you're unable to see a specific show or shows on your Guild account, it could be a couple things.
First, make sure you are signed in correctly. Often, customers think they've signed in with an email address, when they've actually used a Google/Apple login instead, or vice versa.
Second, it could be that you have your ratings selections set up in a way that prohibits certain films from showing on your account. Be aware, you can only manage your profile settings in the mobile app at this time.
When changes are made to your profile in the mobile app, they will apply to all devices when you are signed in correctly.
1. Go to your profile page, and click on Manage Profiles:
2. Choose the profile you want to edit by clicking the little pencil in the bottom right of the avatar:
3. Click on the Content Rating box and make your desired changes:
