The steps for canceling your Guild membership will vary depending on the type of TV you used to purchase your membership. Please carefully read the instructions below. These instructions are exclusive to Guild memberships bought on FireTV device.
Fire TV/ Amazon
- Sign in to amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions
- For the subscription you want to cancel, click on "Actions"
- Click on "Turn off Auto Renewal"
- Within the confirmation pop-up, select a reason
- Click "Continue to Cancel"
Please note that canceling your subscription ensures no further billing will take place unless you choose to purchase again in the future. Per our Terms and Conditions, there are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, for any un-used membership time. You will continue to have access through the paid period.
