What's SKETCH about?

When a young girl’s sketchbook falls into a strange pond, her drawings come to life—unpredictable, chaotic, and dangerously real. As the town unravels, she and her brother must track down the creatures before they leave permanent damage. Their father, racing to find them through the fallout, must navigate a town in crisis to reunite his family and stop the disaster they never meant to unleash.

 

When is the release date?

SKETCH was released in theaters in the US and Canada on August 6th, 2025, with international release dates following after.

SKETCH has been assigned an MPAA rating of PG for scary action, some violence, thematic elements, language and rude humor.

Is SKETCH appropriate for children to watch?

SKETCH is a heartwarming film that blends humor, adventure, and creativity to thoughtfully explore themes of grief and family. That said, some scenes may be intense for younger viewers. The Angel Guild- a community of thousands of parents, viewers, and supporters who screen and vote on Angel projects - has recommended the movie for Ages 10+ due to scary chalk and crayon monsters, music, and mild language.
