If you've checked to be sure you're logged in with the correct email address and/or your ratings aren't causing confusion, some of the following suggestions may help:
Quick Refresh & Restart
1. Refresh the page - This can fix temporary glitches.
2. Restart the browser - Fully close and reopen it.
3. Restart your computer - Clears up memory and temporary issues.
Check Internet Connection
1. Run a speed test - You typically need at least 5 Mbps for HD streaming, and 25 Mbps for 4k.
2. Switch networks - Try a different Wi-Fi network or switch to a wired connection.
3. Restart your router/modem - Power cycle the equipment if your connection is unstable.
Browser-Specific Checks
1. Clear cache and cookies - Old data can interfere with streaming.
2. Disable browser extensions - Especially ad blockers or privacy tools that may block video content.
3. Update your browser - Make sure you're using the latest version.
4. Try incognito/private mode - Bypasses some extensions and cookie issues.
5. Use a different browser - This helps identify if the issue is browser-specific. We recommend Chrome.
Angel Streaming Checks
1. Try another movie or show - See if the issue is with one particular film. This could indicate your ratings are filtering some titles.
2. Log out and back in - Refreshes your session with Angel.
System and Hardware
1. Disable VPNs or proxies - These can interfere with region locks.
2. Check for system updates - OS updates on your desktop device can include fixes for video playback.
3. Free up memory - Close unnecessary tabs and applications.
