Yes, you can submit a completed film. 

For your first submission, you may choose up to 3 representative clips (10 minutes each is recommended) and submit them to the Angel Guild. If a clip receives a passing score, submit the full film for voting. This two-step process ensures the concept resonates with Guild members before requiring a full-film submission. Filmmakers that have already done this process and have projects under contract with Angel automatically receive "Guilded" status on their account. This waives the requirement to submit a Torch, meaning they can submit the full film right away for new projects.
