The steps to update your payment method depend on where you originally signed up for your Guild Membership.
How do I know where I signed up?
If you signed up at angel.com or shop.angel.com, your membership is billed through Angel Store.
If you signed up through Roku, Apple, Samsung, Amazon, or PayPal, your membership is billed through that platform directly.
Angel Store (angel.com or shop.angel.com)
- Go to angel.com and sign in with your account email address.
- Click "Membership and Payments" in your account settings.
- Scroll down and click "Manage Membership."
- Find the "Payment Method" section and click "Manage."
- Click "Add Payment Method" and enter your new payment details, including card number, expiration date, security code, country, and ZIP code.
- Click "Add" to save the new payment method.
- To make it your default, find the new method in the list, click the three dots next to it, and select "Make Default."
Roku
- Visit your Roku account page and sign in at roku.com/account.
- Navigate to "Manage Your Subscriptions" and find your Guild Membership.3
- Update your payment method through your Roku account settings.
Apple
- On your Apple device, open Settings and tap your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions."
- On a desktop, visit appleid.apple.com and sign in, then navigate to "Subscriptions."
- Find your Guild Membership and update your payment method through your Apple account settings.
Samsung
- Sign in to your Samsung account at account.samsung.com.
- Navigate to "Subscriptions" and find your Guild Membership.
- Update your payment method through your Samsung account settings.
Amazon
- Sign in to your Amazon account at amazon.com and go to "Memberships & Subscriptions."
- Find your Guild Membership and update your payment method through your Amazon account settings.
PayPal
- Sign in to your PayPal account at paypal.com/signin.
- Navigate to "Settings" and update your payment method there.
Can't find your membership?
If you are unable to locate an active membership on your account, verify that you are signing in with the same email address you used when you purchased your membership. Many customers sign in with the wrong credentials, which can cause confusion.
Try a different email address.
Did you sign in with an Apple or Google login when you signed up?
Did you sign up through Amazon, Roku, Samsung, or shop.angel.com?
Check your inbox for your original Guild Membership confirmation email — this can help you identify which email address was used.
