How Do I Change My Guild Membership Plan?

Thinking about upgrading or downgrading your Guild membership? We're happy to help. The steps for changing your membership plan depend on how you originally signed up, so take a look below to find the instructions that match your situation.

 

Angel.com/Web

If you purchased your Guild membership on the web at angel.com, you have the option to change your plan directly through your Angel account.

  1. Visit angel.com/account/payments
  2. Make sure you are logged in to your paid account

  3. Select Manage Membership under My Guild Membership.

     

  4. Select Change Plan.

     

  5. Your current plan will be highlighted with the other options available also listed. You can toggle between the annual and monthly membership choices at the top of the screen.

  6. Select the option you would like instead.
  7. The summary screen will show how that change will affect your current access.
  8. Click CONFIRM to finalize that change.

Please note: If your new plan costs more, you'll be charged the difference immediately. If it results in a credit, that credit will apply to your next Guild Membership payment. Additionally, switching from monthly to annual takes effect right away, while switching from annual to monthly won't take effect until your current annual term ends.

 

Other Platforms

If you purchased your Guild membership through another platform (Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon, etc.) then you'll need to manage your membership through that platform in order to upgrade or downgrade.

Unsure how you signed up for your membership?

  1. Visit angel.com/account/payments
  2. Make sure you are logged in to your paid account
  3. Select Manage Membership under My Guild Membership
  4. Select Change Plan

If your membership was purchased through another platform, then clicking "Change Plan" will redirect you to the appropriate platform where you can manage your membership.
