Hard closing the Angel app can resolve many common issues like freezing, buffering, or features not loading correctly. Follow the steps below for your device.
iPhone X or Later / iPad (iOS 12 or Later)
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle.
- Find the Angel app in your recently used apps.
- Swipe up on the app preview to close it.
iPhone 8 or Earlier
- Double click the Home button to show your most recently used apps.
- Swipe left or right to find the Angel app.
- Swipe up on the app preview to close it.
Android — Option 1: Through Settings
- Go to Settings then Apps.
- Tap on the Angel app.
- Tap "Force Stop."
Android — Option 2: Through the Recent Apps Menu
- Tap the three vertical bars on the bottom left of your screen.
- Swipe up on the Angel app to close it, or tap "Close All" to close all open apps.
