How Do I Hard Close (Force Close) the Angel App?

Hard closing the Angel app can resolve many common issues like freezing, buffering, or features not loading correctly. Follow the steps below for your device.

iPhone X or Later / iPad (iOS 12 or Later)

1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle.
2. Find the Angel app in your recently used apps.
3. Swipe up on the app preview to close it.

iPhone 8 or Earlier

1. Double click the Home button to show your most recently used apps.
2. Swipe left or right to find the Angel app.
3. Swipe up on the app preview to close it.

Android — Option 1: Through Settings

1. Go to Settings then Apps.
2. Tap on the Angel app.
3. Tap "Force Stop."

Android — Option 2: Through the Recent Apps Menu

1. Tap the three vertical bars on the bottom left of your screen.
2. Swipe up on the Angel app to close it, or tap "Close All" to close all open apps.
