How Do I Fix Issues with the Angel App?

Reinstalling the Angel app resolves most common issues and only takes a few minutes. Follow the steps below to get back to watching!

Reinstalling can fix:

• Buffering
• Missing features

Reinstall the Angel App:

1. Log out of the Angel app
2. Hard close the app (see instructions below)
3. Uninstall the app
4. Reboot your device
5. Reinstall the app
6. Log back in with your email and password

How to Hard Close on iOS:

1. Swipe up from the bottom of the Home Screen
2. Pause in the middle of the screen
3. Swipe left or right to find the Angel app
4. Swipe up on the app preview to close it
