Restarting your Roku resolves most common issues quickly. If a restart does not help, a software update may be needed. Follow the steps below for your device!
 

How to restart your Roku:

• Roku player: Go to Settings, then System, then System Restart. 
• 1. Go to Settings > System > Power > System Restart

Prefer a manual restart? Unplug your Roku from the power source, wait 5-10 seconds, and plug it back in.

1.  Press the Home button on your Roku remote

2.  Go to Settings > System > System Update

3. Select Check Now to check for available updates

4. If an update is available, Roku downloads and installs it automatically

5. Allow the process to complete without interruption — your Roku reboots when finished
