I'm Having Trouble Watching in the Angel App
Please work through the following steps in order:
- Log out of the app.
- Hard close (force close) the app. (See our article on How Do I Hard Close the Angel App? for device-specific steps.)
- Uninstall the app.
- Reboot your device.
- Reinstall the app.
- Log back in with your email address and try again.
Still experiencing buffering? This may be due to a slow internet or data connection. Try downloading the episode instead — each episode has a download icon you can tap to save it for offline viewing, which can significantly improve your experience.
I Can't Cast From My App to My TV
Please work through the following steps in order:
- Confirm your streaming device is turned on and fully set up.
- Make sure your phone or tablet is connected to the same WiFi network as your streaming device.
- Hard close the Angel app and reboot both devices.
- Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the Angel app installed.
Still having trouble? Your WiFi connection may be too weak, or your router may have AP Isolation enabled. AP Isolation prevents devices on the same WiFi network from communicating with each other. You will need to check your router settings and make sure AP Isolation is turned off. The steps to do this vary by router — check your router's user manual or search online for your specific router model.

I'm Having Trouble with the Web Player
- Make sure you are using Google Chrome as your web browser.

Clear your browser cache in Chrome:
- Click the three dots in the top right corner.
- Select "More Tools" then "Clear Browsing Data."
- At the top, select a time range. To clear everything, choose "All Time."
- Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
- Click "Clear Data."

If clearing the cache does not help, try opening an Incognito window. Click the three dots in the top right corner and select "New Incognito Window," then visit angel.com again.
