If you aren't receiving emails from Angel, they may be landing in your spam or junk folder. Here's how to check and fix that in Gmail — most email providers have a similar process.

Check your spam folder1



1. On the left side of your Gmail inbox, click More (it will change to Less and expand additional options)
2. Select Spam
3. In the search bar at the top, type in:spam angel to find any Angel Studios emails
4. Select the email by clicking the checkbox next to it
5. Click Not Spam to move it to your inbox

You may need to refresh your inbox for the email to appear. If it still doesn't show up, try signing out of your email and signing back in.

If you can't locate the email in your spam folder, reach out to us at angel.com/help. We can verify that the email address on your account is correct. Email addresses are case sensitive, so something as small as an extra space or typo can prevent emails from being delivered.
