How Can I View My Order?
You will receive a confirmation email that will list the charge and all of the items that you ordered. Click on the link in your confirmation email to view your order details. Don't forget to check your junk/spam folder!

How does Free Shipping work?
Free shipping is currently only available on gift orders shipped within the US that come to a subtotal of $70 or more. Please note that the total must be $70 after discounts and before taxes.
**Free shipping does not apply to purchases for gift cards.**
When will my order be shipped?/I have not received a shipping confirmation.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. You will receive another email with shipping information and tracking number once your order ships. Example: If you were to order on a Wednesday, and we process your order to ship on the following Tuesday, your tracking information will then be emailed at that time.
**Sometimes we receive thousands of orders and do our best to get them out asap! If you have a confirmation email (check your junk folder) and an order number, then your order is in our queue. It will likely be delayed due to the business of the following weeks, so we ask that you keep an eye out for the tracking number and be a bit patient while we work to get everything printed and shipped! We can't thank you enough!
Can I edit my address?
It is very important that you check your address before you submit your order. If you made a mistake on your address we are only able to help you change it as long as a tracking number has NOT been assigned to it. If a tracking number is assigned then, unfortunately, we will not be able to change it.
If it has a tracking number already assigned, and the postal service is unable to deliver it, it'll come right back to our warehouse. Once we receive it, our shipping department will take a look at your ticket and reship it to your updated address.

My order is missing/containing the wrong items?
If this is the case, we deeply apologize. We'd be happy to make this right.
Below is a link for you to start a Return and Exchange claim. All you will need is the Order Number (found on your purchase confirmation email) and the Zip Code for the shipping. You do not have to return anything that is damaged or defective.

Does my order ship with UPS or USPS?
We ship with both UPS (UPS Mail Innovations) and USPS, depending on which will be best for your address. You may notice it starts out with UPS but transfer to USPS. That should be reflected in the tracking information and may show no activity during the transfer process. We apologize for any confusion.
Can I return or exchange items?

Do you ever have discounts?
We occasionally offer discounts during our Livestreams, so be sure to follow us on social media.
Can you backdate a coupon from a Livestream?
No, discount codes are limited to the time period in which we discuss them. Keep an eye on our social media pages.
Can you help with sizing?
The best way to check the sizing of an item is to measure a well-fitting shirt or sweatshirt you currently own- lay it flat and measure from side to side just underneath where the sleeve connects to the body of the garment and then compare to the WIDTH on the size chart. This should confirm that the item you ordered will be a good fit.
