Return Policy
Submit a return request within 30 days of your order being fulfilled. Returns must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags intact
- Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping
Angel reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. To start a return, visit angel.com/returns
Received a faulty or incorrect item?
Angel will make it right! Contact the support team at angel.com/help to request a full refund or exchange.
Size Exchanges
Not the right fit? Angel makes it easy to swap for the next size up or down. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags intact to qualify for an exchange.
Here is how exchanges work:
1. Start your exchange at angel.com/returns
2. Angel sends a prepaid return label
3. Ship the item back — the replacement ships as soon as Angel scans the return as in transit
Please note: Exchanges depend on available stock. If the preferred size sells out before Angel receives the return, Angel automatically issues a refund. Many items sell out quickly — the sooner the return ships, the better the chances of securing the replacement size!
Online Credit
Not sure what to order next? Choose online credit, and Angel sends an e-gift card to your email once the return scans as in transit. The e-gift card applies to purchases at the Angel store only. To start an online credit, visit shop.angel.com
Refunds
Angel processes refunds back to the original payment method once the return arrives at the warehouse. Please keep the following in mind:
- Refunds exclude the original shipping cost
- Allow up to 14 business days from the date Angel receives the items for the refund to process
- Allow up to 7-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank's processing times
How to send a return:
1. Start the return at angel.com/returns
2. Print the prepaid return label at home or at a local library
3. Place the items and a note with the order number inside the package
4. Attach the label to the outside of the package and send it back to Angel
