You can log into your Angel account through our Angel Studios mobile app or at angel.com/account.
If you're not seeing a history of your Pay It Forward purchases, it means that either your purchase didn't go through or that it's associated with a different email address.
Here are some things to check:
- Did you get a confirmation email? The email address where you received the confirmation email is likely the email address associated with your Pay It Forward. If you happen to have a Private Relay (see next question regarding "Login with Apple") email or have any forwarding service in place, this may not be the case.
- Did you use "Login with Apple"? Apple offers a security feature where a Private Relay email address is used in place of your personal email address. This is to protect your privacy. The Private Relay email address is randomly assigned so it's likely not an email address you're familiar with, but you can look it up on your Apple Account. Any emails sent to your Private Relay email address are forwarded to the email address associated with your Apple Account. (You can read more here.)
- Did you use "Login with Facebook"? Although this isn't a current option, we've previously had the option to use Facebook to log in to our app. Many people don't recall what email address was originally assigned to their Facebook account. You may want to check back on your Facebook account to see what email address is associated with the account.
- Did you use a different email address than you expected? We often find a Pay It Forward is associated with an old email address or a spouse's email address. You may have to think about the email you used back in college or at a previous employer.
If you're still unable to locate your Pay It Forward history, please reach out to our customer support team with information regarding your purchase. Please include the amount, date, and last four digits of the credit card used. You can submit that request here.
