Having an lost order can be so frustrating. We are excited to announce that we have package protection to make sure your order is insured. We have offered Package Protection at a minimal cost so that our fans are protected if their package is stolen, lost, or damaged. Please understand that we are not a typical online retailer. We use the funds from our sales to fund future shows, and as such, are unable to continue absorbing the cost of packages that are lost once they leave our warehouse. If your order goes missing, and you have declined Package Protection, we will be unable to cover the loss of your order.
