Thank you for ordering Angel Studios' merch! Here's what to do for orders that fit into one of these categories: MISSING, DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, or you would like to make an EXCHANGE.
*If you are referring to orders from our Angel Studios' Chosen store (orders that begin with the letters TCM) , follow the steps and to initiate a return or an exchange: click HERE.
*If you are referring to an ANGEL order (orders that begin with ANG), the following policies are in place. Please reach out to our team for assistance.
1) Missing items: We're sorry that your order is not correct. Whether you are missing an item/s or you received the incorrect item, we would like to make things right for you.
2) Damaged or Defective items: We want to help. Our team will assess the damages, decide whether it was damaged in transit or was sent defective, and make things right for you.
3) Returns: We accept returns on items that are unwashed and unused (unless a defect is determined). If you want to return an item, you will need to cover your own shipping costs. (Our return address is below).
4) Exchanges: We'd love to help you exchange your merch. Please note that items can only be exchanged for items of equal value. You will need to cover the shipping costs. Once we receive the items back to our warehouse, we will ship the new item out to you asap.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange merchandise.

**NOTE: For any situation in which you don't want to accept your package, you can write "Return to Sender" on the outside and it will come back to us. As soon as it arrives at our warehouse we will issue a refund. We do not provide exchanges for Return to Sender packages.
