Thank you for being an Angel Guild member! If you are a newer member, or were perhaps logged out of your account unexpectedly, we have a few steps that can help you troubleshoot!
Logging in Correctly:
Most people have trouble getting access because they're signed in incorrectly. You may have used a different email address OR you logged in with Google/Facebook/Apple login. These are the options we offer:
You need to be logged in the same way that you were signed in when you created your membership! You should be able to find a confirmation email that will help you know how you signed in. Or, go back to the device you signed up on and see if you're still logged in, or try logging in again the same way you did before.
Mobile App Message:
Our mobile app may send you a message such as the following if the app can see that you have an active membership with Google Play or the Apple App Store under a different email address.
Check your email for a "Guild Confirmation Email." The email address we sent the confirmation to will most likely be the email address associated with your Guild membership.

If you are located outside the US and Canada:
Due to the contractual agreements we have in place, early access may not be available in your location yet. It may be specific to just a couple shows, or it could be our entire library; it is completely dependent on your location.
We will update early access for international locations when it is available in your area! Thank you for your patience and understanding!
I can't see a movie I should have access to:
If you aren't seeing a particular movie you should have access to as a Guild member, you may need to change the Ratings section on your profile. Here's an article that will help you know how to do that:
