What should I do if I paid for my tickets but I never got a confirmation?
If you made a reservation for the movie, but you never received a confirmation email, it's likely that your reservation is still in pending status or has already been canceled.
If you were charged, but did not get a confirmation email, a new reservation will need to be made. Our system has refunded many of these already, but if you don't see a refund within the next few days, please reach out so we can do that for you. We want to make sure you get taken care of.
**If you used pre-order ticket codes, we will need to cancel your reservations for you. Please respond to our email so we can help you right away.
Why do my tickets show as refunded and canceled?
This is related to the question above, where the system was unable to successfully book your seats with the theater of your choice. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. You will need to make a new reservation. Thank you so much for supporting our film.
Will I be able to re-book the same seats?
Due to the many ways seats can be reserved, we can't always guarantee the same ones when re-booking.
Why didn’t the KIDSGOFREE code work for me?
There is a limit of 2 free tickets per account. If you’re trying to use more than that, it won’t work. Also, be aware that it's only valid on showtimes April 10-13!
If you’ve applied the code correctly, but were still charged the full amount, for some reason, we’d be happy to look into that for you. Please reply to this message so we can take care of you.
What should I do if I can't find the conformation email containing my tickets?
First, check your junk folders or search your email using the words "ticket order confirmation" or King of Kings (or the name of another film you have purchased tickets for).
If you are unable to find a confirmation, it's likely that you're part of the small bug discussed in question number one, and you'll need to rebook your tickets. If you weren't already refunded for those, let us know. We will make sure our customers are taken care of.
Can I change my ticket reservation if I need a different time?
If you purchased tickets through angel.com, login at angel.com/mytickets (with the email address associated with your purchase) to modify your reservation. Here's an article that walks you through how to do that: How to Modify My Reservation
If you've purchased pre-order ticket codes, please note that canceling your reservation only cancels the current reservation. This doesn't cancel/refund your pre-order ticket purchase, you'll need to reach out to us so we can do that for you! You will still be able to use your ticket codes for a new reservation.
