We apologize if you're encountering any issues with getting to the theater. We want to support you as quickly as possible. 

Here's a list of our most common questions right now. Please read carefully and let us know if your question is not addressed: 

 

How do I know if my reservation was successful?

You should receive an email confirmation of a successful reservation to the email address you provided at checkout.  That email will contain the QR code you take to the theater when it's showtime.  

Your reservation might be tied to a different email address than the one you’re checking (such as @yahoo.com instead of @gmail.com). Please confirm you’re reviewing the same email inbox used to complete the purchase.

 If you suspect there was a misspelling in the email address associated with your reservation and you don't have access to the misspelled email address, please reply to the email for additional assistance.

 

How do I use a promotional code? (example: kidsgofree)

What should I do if I can't find the conformation email containing my tickets?

First, check your junk folders or search your email using the words "ticket order confirmation" or DAVID (or the name of another film you have purchased tickets for).

You can log in to the "My Tickets" page on Angel web or in our Angel App.  That site is angel.com/mytickets.  If you don't remember your password, you may need to use the "Reset Password" option.

Can I change my ticket reservation if I need a different time?

If you purchased tickets through angel.com, login at angel.com/mytickets (with the email address associated with your purchase) to modify your reservation up to an hour before showtime.  Here's an article that walks you through how to do that: How to Modify My Reservation
 

If you've purchased pre-order ticket codes, please note that canceling your reservation only cancels the current reservation.  This doesn't cancel/refund your pre-order ticket purchase, you'll need to reach out to us so we can do that for you! You will still be able to use your ticket codes for a new reservation.

 

Can I cancel my ticket reservation?

If you purchased tickets through angel.com, login at angel.com/mytickets (with the email address associated with your purchase) to cancel and refund your reservation up to an hour before showtime.  Here's an article that walks you through how to do that: Cancel Movie Tickets

***If preorder ticket codes were used, canceling your reservation will free up those codes to be used again.  If you require a refund for unused preorder tickets codes, please reach out to our team.

 

Can I cancel only a portion of my ticket reservation?  (i.e. "Grandma can't make it so I need to cancel one ticket.")

There's no way to cancel just 1 or 2 tickets from your reservation.  You're options are to cancel the entire ticket reservation or try to find a new friend to attend with you.  If you do choose to cancel your entire order, we can't guarantee that you will be able to reserve the same seats.  There are multiple sites allowing fans to reserve seats all at the same time.  

 

What do I do if I keep having trouble making a successful reservation?

Here are some things that we suggest for you to try to resolve this: 

  • Try using a web browser (Google Chrome works best with our site)
  • Clear your Cache here are instructions on how to do that on Chrome 
  • Use an incognito browser
  • Try a different email address
  • Try using a different device

If you try these things and are still are experiencing trouble please let us know. 

 

What if I missed my showtime?

I'm so sorry to hear that you missed your showtime!  Once the showtime passes, the money behind that ticket reservation has been collected by the theater, whether the seat was occupied or not. We do have a no refund policy in that situation.

We understand things come up, which is why we provide a flexible booking option. Flexible Booking allows you to change your reservation time up to an hour before your showtime, but any changes must be finalized before that. 

The Flexible Booking option can be accessed by logging in with the associated email address at angel.com/mytickets or by clicking on the View and Change Tickets link at the bottom of the email reservation confirmation you received.
