How Do I Cancel My Guild Membership?

If you are unable to locate an active membership on your account, please verify you are signing in under the same credentials (email address) you purchased the membership under. Many customers sign in incorrectly and it can cause some confusion.

Suggestions: Try a different email address. Did you use an Apple/Google login? Did you sign up through Amazon, Roku, or shop.angel.com? Locating the original Guild Membership confirmation email may help you identify the right email address.

Depending on where you purchased your Angel Guild membership, the steps to cancel your membership may look a little different.  We'll help you get to the right place from your Angel account page.

Canceling your Membership

• Log in at angel.com/account with the email address associated with your Guild membership.
• Click on the "Membership & Payments" and look for the listing under "Membership."
• Select "Manage Membership".

• Click on "Cancel Membership".

• Select "Cancel Membership" at the bottom.

• Click the button at the bottom of the screen to be taken to the cancellation page -- i.e. "Continue to Apple."  You will now be redirected to the platform where you purchased your membership. To complete the cancelation process, you must cancel your membership on that platform. Please note that any gifted memberships attached to your account must be canceled separately, they will not automatically cancel when the main membership is canceled. Your cancelation will not be complete until you cancel your membership on the platform where you originally purchased your membership.

Please note that canceling your subscription ensures no further billing will take place unless you choose to purchase again in the future.  Per our Terms and Conditions, there are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, for any un-used membership time.  You will continue to have access through the remainder of the paid period.
